ALRAN goatskin is among the most durable leathers in the world. It resists scratching, holds its shape, and develops a natural patina with age. The hardware is gold-plated polished brass — built for daily use.

Keep it dry. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. With basic care, your charm will only get better with age.

Orders & Shipping

We ship through trusted Indonesian couriers — JNE and Anteraja. You can choose your preferred courier at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the order status from your Kenkode account.

Returns & Exchanges

We're sorry that happened — we'll exchange any damaged item. Please record an unboxing video showing the unopened package and the issue, then send it to us within 3 days of receiving the order. We'll arrange a replacement.

Because each charm is hand-crafted and individually inspected before shipping, we don't accept returns or exchanges for personal preference. Please review photos, sizing, and product details carefully before ordering — and feel free to message us with questions first.

Once payment is confirmed and your order is in packing, we can't cancel. If you need to cancel, please message us as soon as possible after ordering.
